Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies specifically to our PTR - Premium Package service, designed for clients seeking a comprehensive approach to resolving their issues. Here’s how it works:

- Duration of Effort: We commit to working diligently on your case for up to **eight months**. During this period, our team will exhaust all reasonable options to reach an amicable resolution, using our network of experts, negotiation tactics, and consumer advocacy strategies.

- Resolution Outcomes: While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, the nature of each case varies. As a result, we cannot guarantee a specific monetary recovery. However, our guarantee is rooted in the promise that we will leave no stone unturned in our efforts to help you achieve a positive resolution.

- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If, after eight months, we are unable to achieve an amicable resolution, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your service fee, at our sole discretion. Please note that refunds are not provided for cases that are partially resolved, still in progress, or where further action remains possible.

What Our Satisfaction Guarantee Covers:

- Eligibility: The guarantee covers all PTR - Premium Package clients, as long as they adhere to all procedural requirements. These requirements include submitting all necessary documentation promptly, actively participating in the process, and responding to our communications throughout the case.

- What’s Not Included: This guarantee does not apply to cases where the client fails to meet procedural requirements, chooses to withdraw from the process prematurely, or refuses potential amicable resolutions that meet reasonable standards. It also does not cover DIY Resolution Toolkit purchases or ResolveGuard Membership.
