2. PTR - Premium Package: Streamline Recovery experts engage directly with businesses, agencies, or financial institutions to achieve resolution, refunds, or other outcomes. While we aim for the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to varying circumstances.

3. ResolveGuard Membership: Members receive enhanced support, consultations, preventive guidance, unlimited advocacy, and personalized account management. Memberships are available on a month-to-month basis, without a lock-in period.

Refund Policy:

DIY Resolution Toolkit:

- No Refunds:The DIY Resolution Toolkit is a non-refundable service. However, it is covered by a 30-Day Exchange and In-Store Credit policy, applicable only for valid reasons determined solely by Streamline Recovery.

- Valid Reasons:These are limited to errors made by Streamline Recovery in preparing the DIY Resolution Toolkit. Streamline Recovery must be given two opportunities to correct any errors before considering an exchange or credit. .

- Conditions for Exchange/In-Store Credit: - Kits must be returned with a valid reason.
- Failure or refusal to pick up kits does not entitle you to refunds, exchanges, or credits.
- Returning kits alone will not result in refunds, exchanges, or credits. However, you may be eligible for an exchange or in-store credit if the criteria are met.

PTR - Premium Package:

- Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 100% refund if Streamline Recovery fails to achieve an amicable resolution after eight (8) months. An amicable resolution is defined as a fair and just outcome, determined solely by Streamline Recovery.
- Limitations:Refunds are not guaranteed in all cases, as monetary reimbursement may not always be feasible or warranted. .

ResolveGuard Membership:

- Monthly Subscription: Memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis, with no lock-in period. You may cancel at any time for any reason.
- No Refunds for Processed Payments: Payments already processed are non-refundable. However, upon cancellation, there will be no further billing, and you will retain access to services through the billed term. .

Payment Terms:

All payments must be made using a valid payment method provided at the time of purchase. Payments may be one-time or recurring, depending on the service.

- Billing and Invoicing: You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Refund Requests: Refunds will be processed according to the specific terms outlined in the "Refund Policy" section.
